주요 문장을 포켓차트를 통해서 알아보고, 책과 노래를 불러봅니다.

그리고 worksheet을 통해서 이 책에 나오는 주요 sightword를 확실히 익혀봅니다.

이번 시간에는 '-ut' familyword를 배웁니다.

JY Phonics Kids3 -ut 부분 DVD를 먼저 시청 한 후 단어카드와 그림카드를 이용해서 음가를 익힙니다.

그리고, 과자따먹기 게임을 응용해서 activity를 해봅니다.

Today we are going to learn -ut wordfamily.

포켓차트에 반복되는 부분의 단어카드를 뒤집어서 꽂아놓고 악기카드들은 포켓차트 아래에 꽂아놓습니다.

단어카드를 하나씩 뒤집어 보면서 함께 읽어봅니다.

각각의 페이지에 악기이름 단어와 아이들이 쉽게 읽을 수 있는 부분을 포스트잇으로 가려 놓고, 책을 읽는 동안 아이들이 가려진 단어를 짐작하여 읽게 하고 확인해봅니다.

Language Activity

아이들에게 p로 시작하는 단어카드 몇 개를 보여주면서 무엇인지 물어봅니다. 다시한번 단어를 말해주면서 첫소리가 무엇인지, 그 소리를 만드는 알파벳은 무엇인지 물어봅니다.

포켓차트에 있는 주요문장을 보고, p로 시작하는 단어를 찾아본다음 함께 읽습니다.

같은 방법으로 v로 시작하는 단어카드도 보여주며 물어봅니다.

This time, I will show you some picture cards.

Look at this one first.

What is this? Yes. This is a pig, piano, peas...

They have the same beginning sound.

Do you know what the first sound is?

Now, look at the pocket chart.

Can you find the words that begin with the /p/sound? (play)

Good! The word 'play' begins with the /p/sound.

Now, let's sort the picture cards.

We are going to take turns pulling out one card.

Then, put it in the right place.

악기카드들을 하나 더 준비하여 각 카드를 잘라서 퍼즐처럼 만들어 놓습니다.

보드에 조각 카드들을 붙이고 하나를 선택해 포켓차트에 꽂은 다음, 아이들에게 그림을 완성하기 위해  필요한 나머지 조각그림을 찾게 합니다.

We are going to do puzzles.

Look at the board.

There are many pictures for the puzzles.

I will choose one of them and put it in the pocket chart.

Who can find the other part to make something? Come up and choose the right  picture.

선생님이 책에 나오는 문장을 읽어주면 아이들은 악기이름이 들리면 Student book을 이용해서 세 부분으로 나뉘어진 그림과 단어들을 넘기면서 악기그림/이름1/이름2 순서대로 맞춰보게 합니다.

Now, we are going to do a fun listening activity.

I will say the sentences.

When you hear the musical instrument's name, find the card that has the picture and the words.

For example, if you hear 'I play piano', find the card with piano picture and two word parts like 'pia' and 'no'. Can you do it? Good!....

 Rephrasing

악기카드에 끈을 달아 아이들에게 목걸이를 하게 한 다음, 모두 일어서서 음악에 맞추어 노래를 하면서 후렴구 부분이 나오면 악기카드 목걸이를 하고 있는 아이가 앞으로 나와 그  악기를 연주하는 율동을 하게 합니다.

Now, we are going to do a fun activity.

I will give each of you a different musical instrument necklace.

Put it on and stand up.

I will play the audio CD.

When you hear your musical  instrument, come up and act as if you are playing the musical instrument. Can you do it? Let's sing and dance....
