JIR (JY Immersion Readers) 첫 수업입니다.

수학,과학,사회 3영역으로 구성된 JIR은 아주 쉬운 immersion 단계에서 부터 중급 Early 단계, 고급 Fluent 단계로

심화학습 할수있는 리더스 입니다.

124권이나 되는 방대한 권수에 오디오와 워크시트 CD, 부모 가이드북이 따라오고

세트를 구입한 사람에 한해서  JY 사이트의 활용가이드가 제공되는데..

이 활용가이드가 거의 수업준비가 필요없을 정도로 잘 되어 있네요..

수업준비하는 수고로움이 확~ 줄 것 같다는 반가운 마음이 듭니다.. ^^

  - Prior Knowledge

     (그림을 보여주며)

     Look at this picture.

     Where is here?

     "sea"

     Yes~ Here is nearby sea. we call it "beach"

     Did you go at the beach?

     "yea"

     What did you do?

     "I played in the water"

     I see~

     There are many animals at the beach.

     But some of them don't live at the beach.

     Draw an X the animals that do not live at the beach.

3. While Reading

  - Picture Walking

   Look at the cover page.

   There is an animal.

   Do you know it's name?

   "Crab"

   Yes! it is a crab.

   Where does crab live?

   "바닷가"

   Yes~ Crab lives at the beach.

   Which animals live at the beach?

   "Fish, jellyfish, starfish, shark, dolphin..."

   Wow~ You know so many animals who live at the beach~

   Let's see next page~

   JIR 내부를 들여다 보면

   책의 첫머리에 "I need to know these words" 라고 해서 이 책에서 배울 어휘가 선명한 사진과 함께 제공됩니다.

   책 내용은 패턴의 반복으로 구성되고 있고, 실사 사진과 일러스트가 같이 섞여 있네요.

   맨 마지막장에는 책에서 읽은 내용을 되짚어 볼수 있도록 웹다이어그램이 만들어져 있습니다.

   이 부분을 보면서 문장보지 않고 말하는 연습을 하면 좋네요..

   "I see a bird."

   "I see a snail"

   ....

4. After Reading

  - Classifying

     Living things / Non-living thins 구분하기

     Is a fins alive? 

    Yes~ It is alive.

    A fihs is a living thing.

    Is TV alive?

    No~ It is not alive.

    TV is a non-living thing.

    이렇게 계속 문장을 반복해 주어서 문장패턴에 노출되는 횟수를 늘여 줍니다.

    그림을 오려서 붙이라고 했는데.. 단어를 쓰겠다고 해서 적어 보았습니다.
